Why I do this

I know what it's like to run a small business. Long hours, tight budgets, and no time to deal with tech. A lot of business owners I've talked to got burned by agencies that charged too much and delivered too little.

I started The Neighborhood Dev because I love writing code and I want to help real businesses grow. I've been building with JavaScript, HTML, and Lua for years. I also use AI tools to work fast and keep my prices low. That means you get solid work without paying agency prices.

When a business starts getting more calls because of a site I built, or more leads from an ad I set up. that's why I do this. That's the whole point.

How I work

We talk, I give you a clear price, I build it, you approve it, it goes live. That's it. No surprise fees. No getting passed to someone else. You always deal with me directly.

I work with businesses of all sizes, anywhere. Everything is done remotely and I'm easy to get ahold of.
